Jönköping International Business School (JIBS) is one of four schools within Jönköping University. WORKING TASKS
The Centre Coordinator works closely with the Centre Directors of MMTC and CeFEO, supporting them with various tasks and projects. The position includes responsibility for a diverse set of activities related to the Centers, such as:
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified applicants have a relevant academic degree or equivalent knowledge, a verified ability to work independently, with qualified administrative and coordinative tasks and responsibility for delivery. The successful applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Meritorious for the position is to have a proven ability to communicate and engage in successful collaboration with co-workers and external parties.
Due to the international working environment, fluency in the English language, both written and oral, is a requirement. A good understanding of both written and spoken Swedish is also expected.
Previous experience of working in the corporate world, international experience, working with branding and marketing, budget responsibility and project management are all considered as merits. Experience of social media and website content is also meritorious. To be successful you strive to build and maintain relationships and enjoy working with others. As a person you have a structured approach, show a high level of self-initiative and you are development oriented.

INFORMATION
This is a temporary and full-time replacement from 2019-05-15 (or according to agreement) until 2020-08-31. Duty on evenings and weekends may occur as well as travels.
